How Do I Make a Claim?

When you receive your insurance documents, you will receive a full client information pack with Insurance Certificate and Claims information with a range of contact numbers.

Insurers pre-authorize treatment; this means that you must contact them before seeking medical treatment as the insurer will advise on if you have an eligible claim. They will then advise and support you on claim administration, which hospitals you are able use, specialist help etc.
